I need to close my LFY account but cannot access the email account associated with it

Please note that for identity verification purposes we may be required to ask you to provide documents submitted as part of your application in order to close your account. We will contact you by email if this is the case. Upon closing your account a new activation link will be sent to the current address we hold for you in our database. This email address will be used as your LFY username going forward. (This will normally happen within two working days, but please allow up to five).

I have not received/cannot locate an invitation to activate my LFY account or access GAP
Details of how to access GAP are included in the email titled 鈥楢pplication Processed鈥�, which is typically sent within *three to five working days* after the 鈥楢pplication Downloaded鈥� email. In the 鈥楢pplication Processed鈥� email, first-time applicants should have received a URL to visit allowing them to activate their LFY public account, which can be used to access GAP. If the URL in your 鈥楢pplication Processed鈥� email expires before you use it, a new one will automatically be sent to you via email.
If you have applied in previous years, you may already have an active LFY public account through which you can access GAP. You would not expect to receive a URL to activate a new public account. If you are a current LSE student and have a network account, you can use these credentials to access GAP. You would not expect to receive a URL to activate a new public account.
If the 鈥淎pplication Processed鈥� email or automated follow-up containing a new URL did not successfully reach your inbox, please check your spam/junk folders. We kindly ask you to refer to the relevant emails before contacting us for a new URL.
If you remain unable to locate details on activating an LFY account (if relevant) or accessing GAP as described above, please check the box below and submit the webform. We will aim to respond, usually by sending a new URL, within two working days.

I have activated my LFY public account but cannot access/view my application on GAP
If you have activated your LFY public account and receive a message saying 鈥淯ser record not found鈥� when logging into GAP (https://lseportal.force.com/admissions/s/track-my-graduate-application), this may be because you have tried to access GAP too quickly after activating your account. As noted in the guidance when you activate your account, it takes a short while (generally around an hour) for GAP to correctly display your application.
If you receive the 鈥淯ser record not found鈥� error over 24 hours after activating your GAP account, please submit this webform and include a screenshot of the error.

If you receive a message saying 鈥淟SE Identity Provider 鈥� Processing Error CSRF token verification failed鈥�, this can be solved by using an alternative browser to access GAP.
If you are able to log into GAP but the page appears blank, this is likely to be a browser issue. Please try updating your browser to the latest version, clearing your cache and ensuring that cookies and Javascript are enabled. Alternatively, try accessing GAP using a different browser.

I receive an error saying "the one-time password submitted with your request is no longer valid"
Please read the solution below rather than submitting the webform if you are receiving this message. If you receive the above message it suggests that you have already activated your LFY account and will be able to log into GAP at https://lseportal.force.com/admissions/s/track-my-graduate-application and LFY at https://www2.lse.ac.uk/lseforyou.
If you have forgotten your password and your memorable date you will either need to reset your password or you will need to close the account in order for us to be able to set up another one for you.
1. To reset your password, please follow the steps on the 鈥楻eset Forgotten Password鈥� page, which you can access through the login page of LFY (https://www2.lse.ac.uk/lseforyou) by clicking the 鈥楩orgot username or password鈥� link.
