Professor Ben Voyer and Allyson Zimmermann discussed what power looks like, how it changes behaviours, the psychological consequences, and how we disrupt a culture of harassment to engender respect and dignity.
The event was part of the LSE Department of Management Women in Business lecture series.
Professor Ben Voyer () is L’Oréal Professor of Creativity Marketing, and Full Professor of Marketing at ESCP Europe. He is Visiting Fellow at LSE’s Department of Psychological and Behavioural Science.
Allyson Zimmermann () is Executive Director, Catalyst Europe.
Professor Sarah Ashwin is Professor of Comparative Employment Relations at LSE’s Department of Management.
